Euronature is a training institute for future naturopaths. Within the institute, Patricia Bourbigot is responsible for coordinating student services and trainers, covering everything related to student life, from enrollment to final validation, including evaluations.

Why did you choose an evaluation and e-learning platform?

We needed an online evaluation tool to assess students remotely during the health crisis. At first, we used ExperQuiz for occasional evaluations, but gradually we expanded the scope as we discovered all the features of the platform. Now, we offer future students an e-learning pathway so they can build skills on certain topics before starting their training.

Why did you choose ExperQuiz over another platform?

We chose ExperQuiz after a bad experience with another LMS tool. What attracted us to the platform was its user-friendliness and the wide variety of question formats it offers: single choice, multiple choice, true/false, open response, ordering options, text fill-in-the-blank... Additionally, for each question and database, there are many options: the ability to add explanations, rules, levels, etc. In fact, we haven't even fully utilized all the features of the tool.

How do you use ExperQuiz on a daily basis?

We gradually increased our use of ExperQuiz. Initially, we primarily used the evaluations and quizzes. The trainers input their questions into a model template that I then import to populate the question database.

Since 2024, we have implemented training sessions where students practice throughout the year with quizzes, and at the end of the year, they take a final evaluation quiz.

What do you think of the tool's development and customer support from ExperQuiz?

Perfect! Every time I've reached out to them, they've been responsive, whether or not they could solve our problem, but they always respond quickly. They are friendly and professional.

How has the solution made your work easier?

Now, grading is almost fully automated because we mostly offer multiple-choice questionnaires. This allows students to immediately see their results and improve through the training sessions.

Has the tool allowed you to implement new practices within your organization?

Yes, today we no longer conduct in-person evaluations. We do everything remotely. So ExperQuiz has enabled us to implement this. We also now offer e-learning courses entirely through the platform, from sending the invitation to issuing the certificate.

Would you recommend ExperQuiz?

Yes, both for customer relations and usability. Personally, I found the tool easy to use and intuitive. The more I discover, the simpler it becomes to use.
