When you are a freelancer, it is very important to be able to count on a reliable technical solution ". (...) I wanted to develop training courses, made up of modules and questionnaires, which dynamically adapt to the rhythm of knowledge acquisition of each student. (...) And it was particularly this dimension of adaptive learning that attracted me to ExperQuiz.

Lecturer and teacher in labor law at the University and in business schools since 2013, Bastien Feron founded the e-learning content platform 101formateurs.com in 2014.

As a user of the ExperQuiz platform since 2018/2019, Bastien Feron has built up a large library of e-learning modules with which he develops training courses that can be adapted dynamically to each student’s level of knowledge. This pedagogical content is available to universities and schools which then offer it as an e-learning service to their students.

Why did you decide to work with ExperQuiz?

In 2014, I created the first platform to develop e-learning content. However, not being a technician, I was in charge of the technical part without having the necessary skills. It generated countless bugs. I started looking for a solution that would allow me to achieve my pedagogical goals, to offload this technical part while remaining financially competitive because I am addressing an academic audience. I chose the ExperQuiz solution. The functional scope ideally covered my needs and I found the technical team great and very attentive to my requests. The possibilities of the platform are constantly evolving, and above all, there are no more bugs.

When you are a freelancer, it is very important to be able to count on a reliable technical solution.

What were your educational goals?

I wanted to develop training courses, made up of modules and questionnaires, which dynamically adapt to the pace of each student's knowledge acquisition. A student who answers correctly will be assigned a reduced questionnaire protocol while a student who faces more difficulties will be subjected to more questionnaires because the platform will automatically offer him additional modules and questionnaires, presenting the topic of the course from other angles so that he can reinforce his level and progress. And it is particularly this dimension of adaptive learning that attracted me towards ExperQuiz.

This is a feature that is hard to find in competing products and when it exists, it is often complicated to implement or else proposed at prices which are simply incompatible with the budget of master’s degree managers. On the other hand, the ExperQuiz solution offers a quality/price ratio that is perfectly in line with the needs of university structures and business schools which allows me to be able to offer them this service.

How has the ExperQuiz solution facilitated your work?

needs that we may not have thought of at first glance, but which will nevertheless make our lives much easier during the design of the modules. For example, it is possible to import in a single operation a whole set of questions from a Word or Excel file which saves me time and facilitates collaboration with other teachers because they do not need to be trained to use the platform. For the question designer, the Feedback option is also very interesting. The testers can comment on each question and the designer can then retrieve all the feedback so that, in two clicks, you have your work program with the list of questions to review.

was, therefore, to identify the questionnaires that needed to be perfected first. To do this, I set up ExperQuiz so that the same satisfaction survey appears at the end of each activity. With the results of these surveys, I was able to target the modules to work on as a priority. To collect the students' feedback, there is also the possibility to insert hyperlinks that allow them to interact with other applications. This enriches our exchanges, allows me to make the questions more reliable and to develop the content from one year to the next. The "Quality" function is also interesting for this: when you have a sufficiently large number of students who have answered questions, you have access to statistics and can identify in one click the questions that are not reliable.

How is your training now more effective?

The goal is to work on the return to error, which is one of the pillars of memorization and learning. The questions allow this return on error and this is what I am automating, i.e. proposing variations of questions on a subject that has caused problems for the student. The ExperQuiz solution is interesting because it allows me to automate this help by adapting to a mass audience. If the volume of questions grows proportionally, my model will suffocate itself. So, I try to mutualize students’ questions which are often quite repetitive and standard. For example, I have made sure that, when a student asks practical questions, they automatically arrive on an Excel file. From these questions, I created a form with the answers which has the particularity of being automatically updated in all the questionnaires where it is integrated as soon as I modify it. This is a huge time saving in terms of designing and updating the content, especially in law.

What are the benefits for the students?

I recently had the opportunity to test the contributor option with a group of 25 students. They all had the opportunity to create questions on a basis as part of a predefined exercise.

Learning to ask a question and question content by thinking about another way of presenting information is learning altogether, so the fact that there is this kind of option is quite extraordinary.

We are not inventing hot water because this method already existed, but applying it with large volumes of students is different. Looking at the connection statistics of my students, I saw that in a 3-hour period, 75% had worked for 1h30. The contributor option thus allows us to create an activity that motivates them to work remotely in a collaborative, pedagogical and constant way while maximizing the time used. This is an interesting option when you have to take care of many students over a long period of time. If I had had to do classes in a hurry during confinement, that's the method I would have used.

Hervé Tracol works in the expertise division of the technical department of Natran (ex GRTGaz) which builds, maintains and develops 85% of the high-pressure natural gas transmission network in France. Founded in 2005, this public service company employs just over 3,000 people and has 32,500 kilometers of gas pipelines throughout the country.

Hervé Tracol is in charge of professionalism and gas safety and is responsible for various issues, including training, which consists in particular of ensuring that the offer is properly matched with the needs in terms of business skills.

To do this, he uses the ExperQuiz tool which enables him to assess employees' knowledge of risk issues and to validate the knowledge of external employees on GRTGaz's intervention procedures.

Why did you use an LMS platform?

Our business training courses take place mainly at Energy Formation, a training center for the energy industry partner of the company GRDF, knowing that historically we were part of the same company: Gaz de France. We usually carry out our training courses at their premises because they have all the necessary infrastructure to carry out small-scale gas exercises on real transport structures.

At the time, we already had MCQs hosted on Energy Formation but we didn't have a handle on them. We therefore wanted to have a little more freedom to be able to make updates quickly.

The second thing is that we initially had another platform but it was integrated into our HR information system. So, I had to quickly find an independent platform to carry out skills assessments for our employees.

Why did you like the ExperQuiz platform more than any other?

We chose ExperQuiz because the tool seemed relatively easy to set up and it was easy to create questionnaires. The ergonomics of the "Ratings" feature also corresponded very well to what we wanted.

It is also easy to import and export files, which means that we can work without having to connect to the tool and then integrate the elements into the platform at the appropriate time.

Concretely, how do you use it on a daily basis?

In the context of professionalism, we have "authorizations" that revolve around two main themes: gas risk and third-party work. Both activities are considered to be high-risk, which requires us to assess our employees on the subject. In order to obtain accreditation, employees must pass a certain number of tests to validate their level of knowledge and skills.

We therefore mainly use questionnaires for evaluation purposes, but we also provide our employees with a number of learning questionnaires. These are open-access training modules that they can consult out of curiosity, or to prepare for an assessment at the request of their manager.

We have also started to use e-learning modules in specific cases, especially when working with outside companies. In these cases, the questionnaires have a pedagogical vocation with the aim of validating their knowledge of gas risk and our intervention procedures.

How does the tool meet your expectations?

The technical team is very attentive and very proactive in the solutions that can be proposed. I'm very happy because every time I have ideas, I submit them to the ExperQuiz team and I get an answer: "Ah, we've thought about that, we're going to develop that part".

Sometimes we have some special needs, but these are often part of ExperQuiz's roadmap. As a result, I am very satisfied because it only accelerates their implementation, and each time there is an evolution, it really meets the needs that we may have.

For example, this was recently the case for a managerial issue. We have an organization that is very hierarchical, where only managers are authorized to send assessments to our employees. We therefore had to adapt the ExperQuiz platform to our internal organization.

Would you recommend the ExperQuiz solution?

I recommend ExperQuiz - and I've already recommended it! - because it is a simple to use and very intuitive tool. Roughly speaking, you don't build a gas plant. Moreover, the users are very happy.

In fact, I even recently used the ExperQuiz tool outside the company during the containment period. Indeed, I'm working at the University of Paris 13 as part of a professional degree in Energy. I had to give the students a quiz, so I made them do one part in continuous control, thanks to homework assignments, and the other in multiple-choice questions on the ExperQuiz platform which also allowed me to save time for corrections.

David Azoulay chose the ExperQuiz solution in 2020, when the ESRA group - the "School for Film, Sound and Animation Film Professions" - had to integrate Parcoursup, the online system for orienting French high school graduates towards the various courses offered in higher education.

Seduced by the online assessment tool used in the competitive entrance exams for two of the five campuses - ESRA is present in Paris, Nice, Rennes, Brussels and New York - the group's CEO has since extended the use of the ExperQuiz solution to other areas, now making its third-year students take their final exams remotely via the platform.

Why did you use an LMS platform?

The ESRA group joined the online orientation platform Parcoursup at the beginning of 2020, thereby raising a new constraint: the need to industrialize our admission process in order to integrate this web application designed to collect and manage the wishes of future students in French higher education.

Initially, we used to run competitive exams common to all our schools from February to September. We used to bring the candidates on site for oral interviews and to carry out multiple-choice questionnaire tests that we used to correct by hand until now. From now on, students wishing to join ESRA Paris or ESRA Nice must apply via Parcoursup which obliges us to pass the exams for these two schools in only four weeks. This time frame is too short to correct the exams manually, knowing that we have many candidates every year. This is why we decided to automate the process by opting for the online assessment tool ExperQuiz at the end of 2019.

First in the context of our entrance exams, and more recently in the context of our schooling itself. Confinement has indeed forced us to meet a new challenge: how can we get our third-year students to take their final exams remotely? After discovering all the features of ExperQuiz, we decided to go one step further by also using the platform to administer final tests to our students.

Why did the ExperQuiz platform appeal to you more than any other?

What we liked is that the platform is very intuitive and easy to use, especially with regard to the MCQs, which was our main concern at the time. It was, therefore, very easy to train our teams on the tool and we were quickly able to take advantage of all the functionalities. For example, we set up an SMS reminder system which had never been done before at ESRA.

The other very positive point is that ExperQuiz adapts to a mass audience, which immediately reassured us since we have several thousand candidates every year.

Concretely, how do you use our tool?

For our entrance exams, we have three bases of questionnaires for each of our streams - Cinema/Television, Sound and Animation - with several hundred questions inside. When they take the MCQ test, candidates are thus subjected to a questionnaire of sixty questions drawn randomly.

For the exams, we have chosen to use another feature: free-response. In all, we have developed about forty different tests for several hundred students. Each student takes four or five of them depending on the options they chose. The principle of the evaluation questionnaire is simple: to answer a question, the student must enter a written answer in a free field and/or add an attachment.

How did ExperQuiz meet your expectations?

“The creation and configuration of the evaluation questionnaires is quick and easy and the team is also very attentive to our requirements".

For example, we had to make the evaluation questionnaires anonymous because we deliver a diploma approved by the government. We therefore need the graders to be able to correct the papers without knowing who the student is. ExperQuiz took our request into account and was able to respond to this need by creating a new feature that makes the tests anonymous.

Why would you recommend ExperQuiz?

What I really appreciate - and what is rare enough these days to be emphasized - is that the ExperQuiz team is both contactable, available and reactive, especially when there are small changes to be made at the last minute. For example, we were confronted with new technical constraints this week when setting up our exams, and the team immediately knew how to organize itself accordingly to accompany us - a technical support that makes the platform even more pleasant to use.

Marion Guichard is one of the three founding co-partners of Chemlys. Located in the heart of the chemical valley, near Lyon, this company specializes in the marketing of physico-chemical analysis products and services for manufacturers and laboratories.Founded four and a half years ago, Chemlys had the challenge of setting up e-learning training courses, mainly for its customers whose factories are located internationally. Indeed, depending on customer needs, various gas or liquid measurement solutions must be implemented, which requires special skills. Since then, the company has also used the skills management module to optimize its internal procedures.

Why did you use an LMS platform?

We have developed an application from our French factories that one of our customers is now using internationally. As this is an analytical set that is perfectly suited to the industrial environment and does not require too much maintenance, we have had more and more requests to install this equipment from factories located all over the world. An application that is relatively simple to use, to implement and for this client, always managed in the same way. The only concern was that we found ourselves costing a device, originally competitive in price, with substantial installation costs insofar as it was necessary to send a technician to the customer over a week, counting the times, commute and jet-lag, all over the world.The idea was therefore to find a platform that would allow us to provide our customers with all the training modules in a simple, controlled and intuitive way, so that they could self-install the device without any need for us to visit.

What were the benefits to you?

ExperQuiz has allowed us to be able to offer a training service to our customers that is less expensive than a week's trip for one of our technicians to the other side of the world and more practical for factories, since they can follow training when they want it without worrying about planning organization with jet lag in particular. All the more so as we have, thanks to the questionnaires, sufficient information on the level of understanding of customers and the traceability of acquisitions. If we find that the skills are not validated, we can contact a customer before he destroys the machine.

As you discovered the platform, did you find new uses for it?

Yes exactly. We first started using e-learning for our clients' self-installations (e-learning modules with training paths, supports to download, PDF summaries, satisfaction surveys, etc.) then we discovered the skills management module which is now used almost as much internally as externally.

How did you take ownership of the internal skills management module?

What we like is getting our employees to contribute, and ExperQuiz allows users to authorize questions to be created. It is a tool that we find very relevant and that we use a lot, because if you are able to ask a question, it is because you have mastered the concept on which you are asking the question. So when we do in-house training - at Chemlys, we call them "talks" - we ask everyone who takes the training to create questions in ExperQuiz. This makes it possible to validate that they have understood the subject and that they are capable of sufficiently mastering and understanding it to be able to propose a question themselves and put forward a problem. This feature also allows us to increase our base of questions, some of which we can use to assess future recruits. Especially since the employees easily learned about the tool and are very proactive. They are now largely contributors to our question base, which is very positive for pooling skills and knowledge.

How has ExperQuiz allowed you to optimize your procedures?

Thanks to the platform, we have professionalized our internal processes and have more factual information on the integration of employees, the management of their skills and their progress. Before, the surprise reports or interim assessments planned were not always done in optimal time. Now with ExperQuiz, you can make automatic programming and launch an already prepared cycle each time a new employee arrives. So we are confident that it is done and in the most relevant times to do so. Charlotte Lefebvre is the General Secretary of the Cleaning Certification Organization. It is an association created by the Cleaning and Associated Services professional branch to develop certifications. OCP is responsible for creating certifications, registering them with France Compétences, and deploying them through a network of accredited Training Organizations.

Why did you choose an evaluation and e-learning platform?

We currently have a number of certifications, including Professional Qualification Certificates (CQP) and the "Turnkey" certification system, which allows for training and providing a basic level of qualification to cleaning agents. This certification requires assessments based on scenarios. So we needed a platform to conduct these evaluations, knowing that about fifty training organizations offer it.

Why did you choose to work with ExperQuiz?

It was recommended to us! It was supposedly an easy-to-use platform suitable for collaborative work, which we needed to work with our organizations. We also required many specific developments. When conducting certification as a professional sector, there are mandatory steps. The tool really needs to comply with these requirements, and ExperQuiz managed to do so. OCP also had billing needs, so ExperQuiz developed a dedicated module for us.

What do you think of the collaboration with the ExperQuiz teams?

The specification phase was conducted through regular working groups. The process was very efficient, our feedback was taken into account... In fact, what I immediately appreciated about ExperQuiz was their listening skills. It really stood out to me. Their ability to understand our needs, translate them into technical specifications, their quick and structured responses with meeting reports... All of this quickly gave me confidence. They understand what we're saying without pretending.

What do you think of the tool's development?

What was impressive was that we had very little time to develop and implement the platform... And ExperQuiz managed to develop it on time. Everything was done in less than 6 months. It's very satisfying. So much so that we're considering entrusting another certification platform to ExperQuiz.

Has the tool allowed you to implement new practices within your organization?

What's interesting is receiving feedback and observations from the ExperQuiz teams. Thanks to their experience, they helped us simplify our processes and become more efficient. Some validation steps were removed because we realized they were unnecessary... Things have been done to further digitize exchanges between organizations. We benefit from significant consulting support.

What has changed for the organizations is mainly the format. The platform now follows a logical organizational path. Our old platform didn't really allow role-sharing as it offered almost universal access to the entire authorized organization. Thanks to ExperQuiz, we now have distinct roles within the organization, clarifying each person's responsibilities: who should set up what, etc.

What feedback have you received from users?

In January, we surveyed all our users about the new platform. They all highlighted ease of use and increased responsiveness of the tool. I think there's a clear improvement in terms of ergonomics. And if they notice a malfunction, users are very understanding, as the ExperQuiz team quickly provides a solution.

After 9 months of use and 1 year of project management with them, I emphasize the effectiveness of customer service. Élodie Amant works as an HR associate at Gerresheimer Momignies SA Based in Belgium, the company - formerly Nouvelles Verreries de Momignies - specializes in the production of cosmetic glass and supplies many customers with bottles and jars in which are filled perfumes, cosmetics and body care products.

Offering cutting-edge technologies, Gerresheimer Momignies S.A. started using the ExperQuiz platform in 2020, primarily initially to provide training to the 700 or so employees who work on the site. Then gradually, the company extended its use to other areas, such as certain administrative processes, ultimately wishing the tool to have a central place in its IT ecosystem.

Why did you use an LMS platform?

We realized two things: given that our workers mostly work in continuous flow, they had to be replaced during training, which became a little logistically complicated. This point led us to ask ourselves "Could some training be done via a platform when everyone hears it?". The second point is that we realized that training was taking place informally within the workshops. The trainings were very good but there was no certification that the people had completed the training. As the safety aspect was not well understood, this could sometimes lead to accidents even though training had been given. But how to prove behind that it had been done and that the person had understood correctly? Because it is not all to receive training, it is also necessary to make sure that the person has assimilated the information. Our second point was therefore a need to formalize training via the platform and carry out tests behind it to certify training via certification.

As you discovered the platform, did you find new uses for it?

At the moment we mainly use the tool for training, but we are digging the track to assess our staff. We are currently doing this in paper format, which again becomes quite complex, because it is difficult to receive managers' evaluations and to match them with training needs. We are therefore in the process of working with our contact within ExperQuiz to set up the evaluation of our staff via ExperQuiz.

How did you adapt the platform to your issues?

ExperQuiz meets several of our needs in the sense that everything can be done on the platform: invitations to training, follow-up to training, tests leading to certification, etc. It’s a comprehensive tool that has allowed us to centralize all processes and save us from having files on one side and Word invitations on the other. ExperQuiz also allowed us to collaborate all together on themes. From now on, managers are included in the training creation process and can propose themes and questions, which our HR team integrates on the platform. We have also set up a real daily follow-up of our staff, thanks to which we can easily see who has concerns on certain topics and whether it is necessary to offer training or to redo a manager / worker point on specific subjects.

Did the tool allow you to set up new practices?

It sure changed mentalities, because everything was still done in hard copy, such as absence requests that we made on good paper. This change in culture, which essentially took place around ExperQuiz, allowed us to initiate the digital and digital transition of other subjects. This is gradually becoming commonplace and many of our workers are starting to see the positive points, that is to say no longer being forced to arrive earlier before taking up their position, in order to be able to take training. Now, they are more independent while being supported if they need it.

Have you had any features developed to adapt the platform to your use case?

Indeed, what we asked for and which has been done for us - but which apparently would also be useful for other companies - is to develop a provisional timetable for the trainings. Why did you use an LMS platform?

Inafon has been using LMS platforms for more than 10 years now, as digital engagement is really ingrained in our customs.

We use various digital platforms, video training, video conferencing, audio library, keep-learning, and among them we use ExperQuiz. For example, Inafon was no longer able to provide face-to-face training due to the health crisis, so we continued to conduct video training using the cameras installed in our classrooms.

Concretely, how do you use the ExperQuiz tool on a daily basis?

Today, with the reform of professional training on one side and Inafon's commitment to quality satisfaction on the other, it was decided that our training actions would be preceded or followed by evaluations. All the tools we use have evaluation tools or questionnaires. We have been doing this for 5 or 6 years now, and it has been considerably accelerated with the reforms and quality certification.

Therefore, we regularly associate to all our training actions a training evaluation action via the ExperQuiz tool. This means that a training action, whether it is face-to-face or distance learning, is systematically associated with an evaluation questionnaire. It has become a part of our way of life.

Thanks to the platform, we can also carry out more punctual actions. Within the framework of Covid-19, we have, for example, carried out an SMS operation in order to send random evaluations to our users according to their position, status and specialty. We were able to personalize the messages in a very short time and also to manage the principle of "stops", i.e. to deal with the fact that people may no longer wish to receive communications by SMS. We contacted between 20 and 30 thousand people per week, a first for Inafon!

In fact, ExperQuiz is constantly and positively evolving, i.e. today's tool is better than yesterday - and it already was! - and will probably be even better tomorrow. One of the things that really appealed to us was the feeling that we were being listened to, or even that we were doing some kind of "co-construction".

When we call ExperQuiz, we exchange in a very fluid and natural way. The term "colleagues" may be excessive, but it is more than just a "client-supplier" relationship. None of our requests - whether it is a desired development or a problem we have encountered - remain unanswered, knowing that developments are always implemented quickly. It's really very comfortable not to "undergo" a tool as is sometimes the case. We use a lot of them and we sometimes find ourselves without contacts or having to undergo updates that are actually regressions. This is honestly not the case at all. It's fun and effective.

The tool is easy to use while still having all the power associated with a real database. An essential point! This is indeed very important for us since the quality of the information provided is our business.

Not a lot, which is good news because if something was wrong, we would have known about it. It means that things are going well and that there are no particular malfunctions to report.

Why did you choose an evaluation and e-learning platform?

We needed an online evaluation tool to assess students remotely during the health crisis. At first, we used ExperQuiz for occasional evaluations, but gradually we expanded the scope as we discovered all the features of the platform. Now, we offer future students an e-learning pathway so they can build skills on certain topics before starting their training.

Why did you choose ExperQuiz over another platform?

We chose ExperQuiz after a bad experience with another LMS tool. Since 2024, we have implemented training sessions where students practice throughout the year with quizzes, and at the end of the year, they take a final evaluation quiz.

Perfect! Every time I've reached out to them, they've been responsive, whether or not they could solve our problem, but they always respond quickly. They are friendly and professional.

How has the solution made your work easier?

Now, grading is almost fully automated because we mostly offer multiple-choice questionnaires. This allows students to immediately see their results and improve through the training sessions.

Yes, today we no longer conduct in-person evaluations. We do everything remotely. So ExperQuiz has enabled us to implement this. We also now offer e-learning courses entirely through the platform, from sending the invitation to issuing the certificate.

We aimed to save time, and it was successful! In addition to this first essential contribution, Expequiz allowed us to develop our processes by optimizing them.

Synlab Gascogne is a private medical biology laboratory, organized around a technical platform at AUCH and 6 peripheral sites located in Gers and Tarn et Garonne in France.

Sabine Génin, quality manager, has been in charge since 2014 of accrediting this structure according to NF EN ISO 15189. The transversality of her function led her to take charge of part of the operational management of human resources, in particular required by the Standard.

To carry out these missions, Synlab Gascogne has been using the ExperQuiz solution since 2020.

Why did you use an LMS platform?

Accreditation is based on recognition of skills, and during the assessments carried out by COFRAC, the initial authorization and proof of maintenance of knowledge are audited as a matter of priority.

However, the process of integrating a person, his training, his authorization and above all the periodic reassessment of skills, are very time-consuming activities for a team of around sixty employees, who can, for certain functions, carry out more than 20 activities. I was looking for a tool that would allow me above all to save time, but also capable of teaching, to ensure that each person assimilates our procedures and understands their usefulness.

Why did you choose to work with ExperQuiz?

Before Experquiz, we had to distribute the documents in paper format, to the employees distributed in the laboratories in two departments. We therefore had to recover them or relaunch the staff, because we did not know not quite where they were, then manually correct assessments, and put a rating.

ExperQuiz made it possible to dematerialize all these steps and offered us comfort in management. For example, real-time tracking of assessments with email alerts and viewing all results for user feedback or deciding which questions to resubmit.

For the user it was also a real added value because for each question of the quiz, he can access a correction, and an explanation if necessary, then his mark at the end of the quiz. They can also go back over their answers to identify where their error lies.

Concretely, how do you use ExperQuiz on a daily basis?

There are two aspects of use. First of all, the integration and empowerment of newcomers, with the use of the "media" module which enabled us to write the employee's roadmaps to define their training course (documents to read, scenarios, the different "knowledge" expected, etc.), depending on the functions. We have also created training courses using videos, which are very practical because they standardize the information to be communicated, while avoiding repeating ourselves x times. The employee watches them and we can devote ourselves to other tasks. At the end of the training period, we distribute a quiz to check that the critical points of the procedures have been assimilated.

The second part concerns the assessment of the retention of skills, which, depending on the risks, is carried out every year or every two years. It is at this level that lies one of the strong features of the tool, which makes it possible to change the questions, at each assessment, according to changes in our procedures, to make them more relevant. This was not done, or only too rarely and involved paper management.

How did you adapt the platform to your issues?

The flexibility of the design of ExperQuiz and the richness of the modules, make it possible to configure the organizational history of each company while improving it. We therefore had no difficulty in using this tool. Other modules, such as surveys, have been modified to manage supplier assessments.The training module also allowed us to quickly manage blood related activity remotely with nurses and doctors in a follow-up and rehabilitation care structure (dissemination of training, documents, quizzes to manage accreditation ).

What do you think of the customer support offered by ExperQuiz?

Customer support is very responsive. We get an answer to our questions within the hour or the next day. ExperQuiz listens to its customers which is very appreciable.

I also like the fact that we regularly receive updates on evolutions or modifications that have been made to the tool. It's square and interesting.

How has the solution made your job easier?

We aimed to save time, and we succeeded! In addition to this first essential contribution, ExperQuiz has enabled us to develop our processes by optimizing them. Indeed, the configuration of the tool led to a reflection period during which we reviewed our needs, restructured our organization and identified the flaws in our system. For example, we noticed that we failed to rehabilitate employees on some of their ancillary tasks. We have also reduced the number of reassessments of skills by accumulating questions by activities carried out by the same groups of people.

What are the user feedbacks?

They welcomed the tool, which is easy to use and intuitive, even for employees who are less comfortable with computers. Young people even take quizzes on their phones. The use of quizzes also induces more communication, questions from employees, who give us oral feedback on the relevance of the questions, or who ask for additional explanations. It is an enrichment that goes both ways.

Would you recommend the ExperQuiz solution? If yes, why ?

Yes, because it modernizes the management of human resources in our profession, weighed down by a system based on evidence, during COFRAC assessments. The SYNLAB network has also invested in the tool at headquarters level and we are also gradually rolling it out to other SELs. Extending Experquiz to other laboratories in our group allows exchanges of quizzes or training materials, always with the aim of saving us precious time and thus better devoting ourselves to employees in the field to optimize our organizations for the benefit of patients.

Created in 1986, ALPI (Software Applications For Engineering) is a software publisher in the field of electricity, i.e. software and services for the automated design of electrical installations for electrical installers, design offices, industrialists...

At the same time, ALPI has developed a training organization activity on its software. As Product Marketing Manager for Training, Murielle Bader is in charge of defining and developing the offer and initiating the digital transition of existing training courses in order to ensure and improve the quality of the services, in particular through the use of the ExperQuiz platform.

Why did you use an LMS platform?

We have made sure that our trainees become certified so that they bring a real added value and that we can offer them within the framework of the CPF (Personal Training Account). For a long time, we have conducted the evaluation sessions on paper with a practical part directly on our software and a multiple-choice part.

We have tested several solutions to conduct online multiple-choice questions, but they were never very satisfactory. We offer face-to-face training, after which the trainees receive a certification. The information is processed automatically which has accelerated and simplified the correction process. From now on, there is only the practical part where we have to intervene to correct by hand the way our software has been used. Then, we receive instantly the results of the trainees and they also know immediately whether they are certified or not.

In order to prepare the evaluations, the platform also allows us to propose variants of questionnaires in training mode. Users can practice as many times as they want with content in which we have integrated course concepts from training and media.

This was not in our initial specifications, but I wanted to offer this alternative by discovering all the possibilities offered by ExperQuiz. We realized that we could help improve the pedagogical assimilation of information by using it in training mode.

Internally, this was seen as a real added value for our training courses and it is very much appreciated by the trainees. This is especially true since it is a personalized follow-up because the revisions are proposed according to the mistakes made and thus emphasize the notions that the users need to improve.

They were great! I'm pretty picky when I don't understand something in detail, I send an email or I phone, and the ExperQuiz team is always very responsive and listening. They are available and ready to help us by proposing solutions to our problems and above all, they respect the announced deadlines.

Moreover, it is a platform that is constantly evolving. The team works a lot on the tool in order to meet customer requests because we all have more or less the same needs and problems in the world of training. Why did you use an LMS platform?

We made this choice for two reasons. First of all, to train our clients, since there is a regulatory obligation to train all pharmaceutical personnel in pharmacovigilance. Among the activities that we offer in our services, there are training activities knowing that we are starting to have a large number of clients, so we needed to automate the process.

The second reason was to simplify our in-house training with a tool that allows us to easily follow their progress and with which we can update them quickly. Why did you use an LMS platform?

We have been using ExperQuiz for a year now. In the beginning, we worked a lot on the evaluation tests because it was really what we needed first. So, we are only gradually starting to explore other possibilities. When we have new projects or new problems, we ask ourselves the question "here, could we find this in ExperQuiz?” instead of doing things with an Excel file or anything less accomplished.

During the Covid-19 crisis, for example, we set up modules with instructions to be respected which allowed us to validate that everyone had been aware of the rules, specific to the period, thanks to the traceability of the diffusion of this information.

What do you think of the implementation of the tool and the monitoring of the project?

It was very easy since we were able to extract the questions from our old tool. We organized them and then sent them to ExperQuiz which was in charge of formatting them so that they could be integrated into the tool.

The other good point is that the ExperQuiz team is highly responsive. When we contact them, we easily get someone on the phone or by email.

In addition, when there are elements that we don’t understand or that we can’t find, sometimes they may be interested as well. In this case, the technical team develops them quickly and the tool meets our expectations even better afterwards. For example, we have been able to obtain an improvement in the way we filter people in the database when registering for tests. The addition of criteria other than the name allows for much more efficient sorting and the ability to choose from lists rather than having to type the names each time.

Did you get any feedback from users on the platform??

I was the administrator of the old tool and I am the administrator of the new one, so I was able to compare the user feedback, and it is significantly better with ExperQuiz than when we were using our old tool.

First of all, because the tool works better, and secondly because the interface is more modern and intuitive.

Would you recommend ExperQuiz?

I recommend the ExperQuiz solution because it is easy to use. Like any tool, you have to use it a little to get a global vision of everything that’s inside, but it comes quickly.

We also have many elements that allow us to configure the tool to our liking, even if only on results related to consequences. Indeed, we can go as far as programming and automate a certain number of elements which avoids having a follow-up that is too manual. Instead of having to extract daily or weekly the results of the tests that have been taken, users receive, for example, a direct message telling them: "your test is good or bad" according to the criteria that we have been able to put into it, knowing that this is sometimes based on several criteria. Valérie Endimioni has worked for ION BEAM Services for 23 years. Founded in 1987 by French physicists, the company specializes in the design and manufacture of ion implanters for microelectronics and in installation and maintenance services for this equipment.

As QSE (Quality Safety Environment) director, Valérie Endimioni was initially looking for a tool that would allow her to assess the skills of employees on the various safety topics. Then, as it was used, ExperQuiz enabled the company to go beyond the validation of acquired knowledge.

Why did you choose to work with ExperQuiz?

During the confinement, we had more time to deal with substantive subjects. We took the opportunity to look for a solution that would help us confirm that our employees had properly integrated the knowledge transmitted in terms of safety.

Initially, we liked ExperQuiz for its quiz part and the fact that it is very visual. Then, quickly, we noticed that we had found a tool with many features, which allowed us to go even further than what we were looking for. We took the opportunity to extend it to all areas of training.

What do you think of the evolution of the tool and the customer support offered by ExperQuiz?

We are satisfied because there is a reactivity in the consideration of our requests. Behind the tool, there are people we know who are heavily involved in our projects. We use the tool in quite a variety of ways, on the one hand in a serious way on substantive subjects and next to that, we use it in a more playful way to facilitate teamwork.

For example, during the health crisis during which we could no longer regroup, we decided to create an Advent quiz with one question per day and gifts to be won. ExperQuiz has gone a long way in supporting this operation, even if it required pushing the tool to its limits by optimizing its features.

We felt that they were really involved. They followed us regularly to ensure that the question looked good every day for all employees in an automated way, without having to do any manual action. It worked really well and I think that without this support, we might have had fears about getting started.

How did the solution make your job easier?

Working in the field of high technologies, in a context of constant evolution, the transmission of knowledge is done a lot by practice, orally and gestures.

We were having difficulty formalizing complex and evolving knowledge with paper forms. There, the tool makes things easier and more fun because the employee will connect, answer a question, etc. There is a lot of preparation work upstream to configure the software and enter our data, but behind it, we know that we will no longer need to edit Word documents artificially.

Once you've done the right thing, the system can live on its own. Employees receive a quiz, validate knowledge and everything is traceable, which allows us to more easily exploit information at different levels. Employees, managers, quality department, administrators… All have their own dashboard. And even when we sometimes have less time to devote to ExperQuiz, we know that we have ready-to-use quizzes that can be put into regular recycling.

The knowledge transmission process is more formal, traceable and certified. We capitalize on our work, which is very powerful. Afterwards, we just have to improve the content based on the feedback.

Did the tool allow you to implement new practices?

It allowed us to overhaul our processes because to ask questions, we had to question ourselves. The work of reflection induced by the creation of quizzes and user feedback pushes us to something that is very present in companies: continuous improvement. If a business doesn't improve, it dies.

Management also pointed out to me that ExperQuiz was particularly in line with our CSR initiatives. These themes are important to us, but as an SME, it is not always easy to promote them, due to a lack of time or resources, unlike larger companies which, for example, devote major press campaigns to them. Thanks to ExperQuiz, you can create awareness questionnaires on safety or environmental topics. Quizzes on substantive subjects, such as waste treatment, and other lighter ones, with questions focusing on our behavior in daily life. At the social level, the platform encourages the professionalization and development of staff.

In fact, ExperQuiz allowed us to go further in an approach that we have naturally in us but which was not visible.

Founded in 2003, The Language Network Services (TLNS) is a group of language training and support professionals offering their services to individuals, companies and higher education institutes.

Why did you use an online evaluation platform?

In the past, we have had our own platforms developed, i.e. two versions for online questionnaires. In France, we also offered the first online English tests dedicated to business & management.

However, technology is changing very quickly, so I started looking for a new platform. I discovered ExperQuiz at the Learning Technology fair. I had drawn up a set of specifications when we were developing our own platform, and ExperQuiz met almost everything I had imagined and even more, so we stopped trying to develop a platform by ourselves. The ExperQuiz solution was indeed much more practical; they are professionals with a whole team, there are many features already designed and the platform works well.

Why did you like the ExperQuiz platform more than any other?

I was interested in a lot of learning technologies and I found that the ExperQuiz tool included everything I was looking for. In other platforms, I was sometimes missing some elements. It was especially less complete in terms of functionality and content creation. At the time, we were looking for a tool that could handle all of our tests, with different types of questions and aspects such as negative scoring for wrong answers and open-ended questions that could be corrected by hand. We also wanted to be able to manage all the user data at different levels, in particular, to be able to create hierarchies. Managing all of this is very easy with ExperQuiz. They really thought of everything!

What I also liked a lot is that the team is very attentive and responsive. They explain things well. That’s a really great asset! For example, they have published a manual which details the basic functionalities of the platform. They have also made online tutorials available to us. For this kind of tool, you need support and to be able to contact someone when you don't understand. The training courses offered when we started using the platform were also very complete and adapted to our specific context. It also helped me a lot.

And I was finally very seduced by their prices! The prices offered by ExperQuiz are attractive, even for customers with very low volumes. This was a point that worried me because at the time we did not have much visibility on the development of the online business. We have a lot more now, especially thanks to the confinement which gave us a boost in this area.

In concrete terms, how do you use the ExperQuiz tool on a daily basis?

ExperQuiz allowed me to create all the tests that were previously available on paper and online. Now we also offer practice tests, meaning that users can practice on mock tests before taking the real test.

I would also like to propose to schools that the ExperQuiz solution should accompany them throughout, not just at the end of the year - a support with pedagogical content available throughout the course, in particular for blended learning (“hybrid learning”). It is a different dynamic that was very much appreciated by the students during the confinement. It helped to make the videoconference courses richer for the learners because they had to practice individually with exercises and feedback.

A way of working that saved us because it allowed us to ensure the continuity of distance learning. Before, there was some reluctance on the part of higher education... With the confinement, they all tasted e-learning and really found it great.

Oh yes, absolutely! You really have to own it and be willing to spend some time on it, but once you do, it's great. So, I would really recommend ExperQuiz because it’s very effective. ELENGY manages safety and environment skills of personel working on its different production sites.

I was looking for a tool capable of helping me both with skills assessments and their development through e-learning modules. ExperQuiz allowed me to meet this need. (...) It is extremely pleasant to see that there is a real adaptation to our constraints.

Christophe Mercière works on the site of the Elengy natural gas LNG terminal in Montoir-de-Bretagne. Created in 2008, this GRTgaz subsidiary owns and operates a total of three LNG terminals in France. These are sites that accommodate ships loaded with liquefied natural gas and on which extremely flammable products are handled on a daily basis.

As Safety-Environment-Quality Manager, Christophe Mercière is therefore responsible for ensuring the safety of the people present on the site, but also that of the entire surrounding perimeter. To do this, he must analyze potentially dangerous situations, deploy intervention safety rules and enforce French regulations, which are quite heavy and complex in this area. In order to ensure that staff and external contractors working on the site are well aware of security measures and maintain the same level of skills over the long term, it is imperative that they pass a skills assessment in the form of an annual assessment, via the ExperQuiz platform.

Why did you use an LMS?

In terms of safety management, there are different ways to go about it. First of all, there is the technical aspect, namely technical prevention, such as wearing personal protective equipment or setting up collective protection. And there is also the human part, that is, supporting the women and men who work on site. One of the important parts in this area is skills management, especially Safety and Environment skills, where very specific knowledge is required. Each year, we pass various internal accreditations according to the profiles and activities carried out, which is the equivalent of knowledge tests which help us ensure that the people who work at our site maintain the same level of skills over the long term. So every year at the beginning of the year, site staff and contractors from outside companies take a skills assessment via the ExperQuiz platform.

We have also created e-learning modules with 50% of the questions in open access. This allows newcomers to be able to train or train staff based on their performance in the annual assessment.

What do you think of the customer support offered by the ExperQuiz team?

It's going really well. Project monitoring was very fluid and the implementation of the tool very fast. We didn't want to start from scratch between the old tool and the new tool, so we found a way to be able to reintegrate all our database questions directly into ExperQuiz without us having to intervene.

Why did you choose an evaluation and e-learning platform?

GNFA offers an Automotive Salesperson apprenticeship. It's a professional qualification that follows a specific reference framework. Until 2022, we had paper-based evaluations that we wanted to digitize to simplify grading because, logistically, it was very burdensome. Now, each trainer receives an export with the results of all their learners, instead of managing 15 paper copies stored in their SharePoint.

Why did the ExperQuiz platform appeal to you more than others?

What attracted us was the variety of question formats available compared to our internal tool, which only offered multiple-choice and single-choice questions, without open-ended questions for practical cases. Has the tool allowed you to implement new practices within your organization?

Initially, we chose ExperQuiz for exams, but through our interactions with the team, we've expanded the tool's use to recruiting our apprentices for the Automotive Salesperson and After-Sales Customer Advisor titles. We use the public questionnaire feature, which is very convenient because we don't need to register the apprentices. Candidates who want to join our apprenticeship program directly respond to a public questionnaire, and we set a score threshold above which they can be invited for an interview. This initial filter saves us time in the recruitment process. Previously, candidates would come to GNFA centers to take a paper test, and since they were already there, we would interview them in person.

In this context, Sylvie Soriano, Digital Transformation & Innovation Manager, is driving a business project which aims, through the creation of a digital training portal, to bring digital transformation to all training organizations in the branch. Why did the ExperQuiz platform appeal to you more than any other?

What made the difference was first of all the ease of use of the tool, its collaborative aspect and the features offered. The digital transition of all these training organizations meant redoing a product but also undertaking the transformation of their organizational systems. We had to rethink their activity, their organization, the roles and missions of employees... A major transformation made possible by ExperQuiz!

We started with something quite ambitious, because we wanted to overhaul the assessment tool we used before. We therefore took advantage of the digital transformation to redo it from A to Z, by transposing it into ExperQuiz.

We reworked the existing questions, we created new ones and we reorganized 7 of our professional qualification certificates (CQP) into blocks of skills, which correspond perfectly to the philosophy of the bases proposed by ExperQuiz. This is also one of the reasons why we chose ExperQuiz. The fact of working on these blocks of skills made it possible to restructure the training of each other.

Have you had features developed to adapt the platform to your use case?

There were many little things. ExperQuiz accompanied us a lot during our reflection. When specific developments were needed, we wondered if they could be used by other ExperQuiz customers. Developments were thus carried out in a generic way, and others were made only for certain actors of the project. For example, we asked to be able to lock a questionnaire, that is to say prohibit any modification, until a new version is prepared. Indeed, when a questionnaire has been built, tested, validated by all the experts and when it is ready for certification, for example, it must remain frozen until the next update.

What do you think of the customer support offered by ExperQuiz?

Very good ! We really work hand in hand. The support is very attentive, always looking for a solution. We sometimes had trouble taking a step back from our project, unlike the ExperQuiz team who, thanks to their experience, have a more macro vision. In addition, the developments were done almost overnight, in the flow, so it was really very comfortable.

How did the solution make your job easier?

What's great is that all this work has made it possible to standardize the assessments. We all agreed on the level and type of skills that should be tested. Some do it with 30 questions, others 40, but that doesn't matter, since we now know that the base is qualitative. What is interesting is that we can improve the questionnaires as we create them. It's easy with the statistics on the quality of a questionnaire, we see which questions are easy or difficult according to the results obtained. This gets everyone thinking about the quality of the questions. The other advantage is that I was able to ensure the relevance of the questions from the different training organizations. They also discovered that it is not so easy to question the skill, notion or ability that one wishes and that one could do it in a playful way. The flexibility of the tool makes it possible to show more creativity.

Finally, the mechanism induced by the consequences — if a learner achieves his objectives, then I can take him to a higher level, conversely, if the result is not good, I can bring him to redo a course - the helped to further structure their way of supporting users. This has also changed their posture in face-to-face. From now on, they are more in the position of facilitator.

What are the user feedbacks?

Trainers find it a very powerful tool. Some are frustrated because they don't have enough time to devote to it, but those who can take the platform a little further by creating modules, consequences, paths or cycles, find it great. It is really an awesome tool for a trainer.

I don't know because I would like to keep it for myself… (laughs). Yes, I recommend it, already for the relationship with the team. They really listen.

Why did you choose an evaluation and e-learning platform?

There is a certain turnover in our sector, so my challenge was to digitize training more to make it more modern and engaging. We were still using paper two years ago. Has the tool allowed you to implement new practices within your company?

My goal with ExperQuiz is to make my managers more autonomous and independent by helping them structure and organize themselves better. Why did you use ExperQuiz?

Basically, we had a very specific need, which was to meet the regulatory obligations of our bodies. One of the rules, for example, is that all of our hospital representatives validate training modules before they can go to hospitals to promote our products. We therefore needed to be able to create questionnaires that draw questions from different themes. It was at this time that the idea of ​​using ExperQuiz came about because the tool allows you to do random quizzes. Subsequently, it was made available to the entire company with e-learning training content that employees can do independently, no matter where they are: at home, here, or even on their phone. How did you adapt the platform to your needs?

For the moment, we mainly offer compulsory training that requires regular retraining. For example, the “Good Manufacturing Practices” training is compulsory for all laboratory employees, even for me who does not work in production. The idea is to be able to do refresher courses every year on these subjects, completely autonomously on ExperQuiz. This is the case for all regulatory training according to frequency, so it allows you to monitor how things are going every year and to save time. There is no specific number of trainings that must be done each year but we try to develop a little more each year on ExperQuiz when possible and relevant. For example, the last training we did in HR was on the subject of discrimination in recruitment, to make all our managers aware of this dimension.

Did the tool allow you to set up new practices?

Thanks to ExperQuiz, we try to inculcate a more digital culture because this is what appeals to young people who are in the job market and that doing all the face-to-face training can be a bit cumbersome. There, this allows us to mix all the modes of training and to address subjects that we would not necessarily address in face-to-face training. This allows us to target more specific topics that take less time. The idea is really to make ExperQuiz a training tool where the employee can find lots of things easily and learn about a wide variety of subjects in a short time.

Have you had any features developed to adapt the platform to your use case?

Yes, because we have specificities in pharmacy which make some of our training courses compulsory and regulatory. This is the case with "Good manufacturing practices" training, which is the subject of an entire upstream validation process. We therefore sent a request to ExperQuiz to help us lock in this principle by establishing rules of vision between the trainers. This means that a trainer cannot have access to a module that is not his own. In general, as soon as we have a question or a need, Support is very responsive. The other example of a request made to ExperQuiz that comes to mind concerns obtaining the results of questionnaires in paper format. We are not yet very focused on the digital side of entering information, so we asked to integrate on the Excel documents that are exported, the name of the person requesting the export of the document with the exact date in a concern of traceability.

The great thing is that every two months I get the ExperQuiz newsletter on the latest news in the tool. As a result, we have set up a system to highlight these changes in our office automation practices. Why did you choose to work with ExperQuiz?

I had experience with similar tools, I created some myself in my previous company, but not being fully satisfied, I started looking for a solution and ExperQuiz seemed quite interesting. What I liked at the start is that it is a quiz tool and therefore a very rich assessment solution. But I wouldn't have switched all of my training to it if it hadn't been accompanied by a learning management system. Specifically, how do you use ExperQuiz on a daily basis?

We use ExperQuiz in a classic way by offering training on a PC or smartphone. In parallel, we also have an augmented reality project, that is to say that instead of running the training course on a PC, we use augmented reality glasses. This allows for a much greater immersion.

ExperQuiz has quite exceptional customer support and customer service. This is not something you are used to finding among providers of this kind of solution. Especially since listening to customers is not limited to one or two people. I had to deal with several people in the team, and I have the impression that this is a general way of proceeding…

They are very attentive and able to integrate our needs, including when it comes to doing things differently. Augmented reality creates new ways of working. It's not necessarily very complicated, but you still need to have an attentive ear and people who are ready to make the changes. The team has its own "road map" of evolutions, which allows us to take advantage of the evolutions planned or requested by others, but in this case, what interested me was above all that our requests be translated in the “road map” of ExperQuiz.

Have you had features developed to adapt the platform to your use case?

There are features that we requested, which were not planned and which they gladly did. For example, the way I use this project in augmented reality required me to work with very large windows because they are projected onto the glasses, which is not the usual mode of operation. However, we must use a laser pointer that comes out of the phone to be able to select objects or answers. It was therefore not easy to select an answer, because the text and font sizes are intended for use on PC or smartphone. I asked ExperQuiz if it was possible to increase the font size. Not only did they give me the option to do it myself, but they even made this font always the same in my account. Now it's much easier to enter my questions and my answers: as soon as I launch the application, it's exactly my font and the size that I selected that are visible. It saves me a lot of time.

Completely ! It is an extremely powerful and rich solution. Moreover, it is intuitive provided you take it well in hand because there are many features, even if it is better that it is in this sense, very exhaustive. The INPI meets the requirements of PQF certification thanks to the assessment features allowing to personalize and modulate the satisfaction surveys.

This possibility of having control over all the settings is certainly one of the great strengths of ExperQuiz. (...) It is very rare to find a service provider so attentive to our requests and who puts all the means in place to ensure that the project runs smoothly.

In charge of the Customer Offer Management Pole at the National Institute of Industrial Property (INPI), Lyazid Afir manages the institution's training activities, namely the organization of face-to-face and distance learning, the definition of their content and their promotion to different audiences.

Founded in 1951, the institute's main missions are to deliver industrial property titles, to participate in the development of legislation in the field and to raise awareness of economic actors on the subject.

For this purpose, the INPI - which trains about 30% of internal employees and 70% of external clients - has been using the ExperQuiz solution for almost a year now.

Why did you use an LMS platform?

The INPI's Training Department was created in 2003 and we very quickly embarked on the creation of a catalog and certified courses. So we needed a tool to manage all this, i.e. a learning management system also capable of handling the logistical and administrative part of the training.

In addition, since we are PQF certified, any training actions must be subject to satisfaction surveys, hence the need to use an LMS platform.

Why did you choose to work with ExperQuiz?

We have very specific needs, and the tool we had been using for several years did not meet them. For example, we could not modify the satisfaction surveys by ourselves, nor even have control over all the system parameters.

Now, thanks to ExperQuiz, we have total control of the platform which allows us to meet all the requirements of our specifications, such as being able to customize the content of the satisfaction surveys with colors and backgrounds to the INPI charters.

Another important point is that the platform allows us to create satisfaction surveys but also knowledge evaluations. This is a feature that we didn't have with the previous tool and which was also a determining factor behind our choice.

Concretely, how do you use ExperQuiz on a daily basis?

We use ExperQuiz every time we receive a client: in order to be able to analyze his balance sheet internally, we use all the history available in the tool.

As far as satisfaction surveys are concerned, we use most of the platform's possibilities. For example, we use multiple-choice questions - "not satisfied", "rather satisfied", "satisfied", etc. - always with an additional comment field. We also use "yes/no" questions with "consequences", i.e. if the user answers no, he has the possibility to add a comment, or notes from 1 to 10 accompanied by a free field to add remarks.

With the Covid-19, we also started to exploit the questionnaires to ensure a pedagogical continuity for our certifications. That means that we have created knowledge forms to help our participants remotely. In the space of a month and a half, we elaborated 4 questionnaires that we made available on the tool. We plan to continue to take advantage of this module by extending its use and making it a regular feature, even if we return to face-to-face sessions later on.

What are the users' feedback?

We have conducted several series of internal tests and everyone has greatly appreciated the simplicity of the tool. It's a very intuitive and easy to use platform. As proof, ExperQuiz trained a group from INPI on the tool and we were then able to train ourselves very quickly a few absent people.

Why would you recommend ExperQuiz?

I was very pleasantly surprised by the follow-up of the project. It's very rare to find a service provider who is so attentive to our requests and who does everything possible to ensure that the project runs smoothly, especially with regard to the development of the tool.

When we started using the ExperQuiz platform, we discovered possibilities that we had not anticipated when we drew up our specifications.
