Why did you choose an evaluation and e-learning platform?

I work on the qualification of our subcontractors, which partly involves ensuring that the technicians working for us have mastered the minimum required professional knowledge. Therefore, I needed a neutral and powerful multiple-choice test (MCQ) solution, with random question selection, answer shuffling, and various testing modes...

Did you adapt the platform to your use case?

I had specific needs, and ExperQuiz supported me by being very attentive. They particularly showed me how to use the tool slightly differently to avoid the profile creation step and facilitate users' access to evaluation questionnaires, resulting in a competency field-based response report.

How has the solution made your work easier?

Before, we used paper-based MCQs to quickly set up this solution. Then, we wanted to improve our processes by digitizing this step. Objectives: to make tracking more reliable, obtain qualitative data feedback, and automate correction. This is when ExperQuiz was identified as one of the best solutions meeting our needs. We saved time with automatic correction. Today, I can also access all the archiving features. Data analysis allows me to export, identify questions with too high or too low success rates, and adjust them. I can identify skill areas that need improvement... With all this information, I provide feedback to technicians with quality flashes on the different sectors depending on the most problematic questions. For me, it’s an excellent data source to exploit.

Customer support and attentiveness to clients' needs are truly ExperQuiz's strong points! I believe that if I had chosen a large international solution, I would never have been able to communicate directly with the technical director and share my requests.

What feedback do users give?

They are very happy compared to the paper format. I haven't experienced any bugs. Response time is fast. The tool offers a lot of customization, in terms of features, options, or even colors, for example. It’s a significant improvement!
