How do you use ExperQuiz on a daily basis?
ExperQuiz allows us to assess the knowledge and skills of employees on a product, software... and then offer them training and remediation workshops accordingly. We also use ExperQuiz more playfully, with special quizzes for Easter or the Olympics, for example, to demystify the concept of evaluation. We also have an ongoing GEPP (Management of Jobs and Career Paths) project, with a need for skill mapping. Professions are evolving within the company, leading to changes in methodology. ExperQuiz is ideal for this because it effectively links the answer to a question, the skill, and the remediation.
What feedback have you received from users on ExperQuiz?
At Berger Levrault, some employees are responsible for creating questions (contributors), and others are responsible for organizing them into quizzes (coordinators). They enjoy the evaluation part because the features are easier to set up than with other tools. Users can easily navigate the homepage, quickly identifying what they need to do.
Have you requested any specific developments to adapt the tool to your needs?
We have requested several specific developments, especially on the administrative side, such as customizing email template models. We sometimes identify a few shortcomings or oversights, but for me, it's not a dealbreaker because whenever I mention it to ExperQuiz, there are solutions.
Has the tool allowed you to implement new practices within your company?
By leveraging the tool and pooling the questions created using the tag function, we have been able to establish real collaborative work within the company. I'm responsible for training new users so they can create content for us. ExperQuiz allows me to give them some freedom in creating questionnaires while defining a framework with limits. The tool allows me to apply my vision of collaborative work, even if it sometimes requires certain developments.
What do you think of customer support?
The customer relationship is really appreciated. The ExperQuiz team is responsive and very helpful. If my main contact isn't available, there's always someone to replace them.
Would you recommend ExperQuiz?
Yes, for its ease of use, ergonomics, speed, and fluidity. People who aren't necessarily tech-savvy or have pedagogical expertise can quickly create quality content once I explain which question types to choose based on their pedagogical goals. The learning curve is much easier than with other tools I've tested, where you almost need to be good at IT. And I'm hopeful that upcoming small developments will further enrich the tool to meet other use cases.
